Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations
- Booking appointments and managing the appointment schedule
- Handling patient enquiries in person and over the phone
- Processing private billing and payments
- Managing patient records and correspondence
- Supporting doctors and nurses with administrative tasks
About You:
- Previous medical reception experience preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a compassionate approach to patients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
