Reconciliation

We are committed to advancing reconciliation through respect, cultural learning and meaningful partnerships.

We work alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations to strengthen relationships, embed cultural safety and support fairer health outcomes and wellbeing across our region.

Our Board, Executive Leadership Team and staff are united in this commitment and are embedding our Innovate RAP into everyday practice.

Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan

October 2025 - October 2027

Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan sets out what we will deliver over two years to strengthen relationships, deepen respect and create opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The plan is guided by our RAP Working Group and focuses on practical actions across governance and decision making, workforce capability, partnerships and how we engage across our region.

Reconciliation is ongoing. This RAP outlines how we will keep learning, improving and taking action, including how progress will be tracked and shared.
