Medicare Mental Health Centres offer access to lived experience peer workers who can provide specialised, compassionate, and understanding support during challenging times, together with a team of mental health clinicians. Support is available in person or via telehealth. There are four Medicare Mental Health Centres in the CCQ region, located in Rockhampton, Gladstone, Bundaberg and the Sunshine Coast.
