Gladstone GP Super Clinic is seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and help shape the future of one of Gladstone’s largest and most established primary healthcare clinics.
This role offers the opportunity to oversee a team of approximately 10 nurses while supporting clinical operations, governance and patient outcomes.

About the Role
As Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our nursing team while ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of approximately 10 nurses
- Managing day-to-day nursing operations within a busy GP clinic
- Supporting workforce planning, rostering and team development
- Overseeing Chronic Disease Management programs and care plans
- Driving quality improvement initiatives and clinical efficiencies
- Ensuring accreditation standards and clinical governance requirements are met
- Managing infection control, risk management and patient safety activities
- Supporting a collaborative and patient-focused team culture
About You
You are an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys supporting others, solving problems and leading by example.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR Certification
- Current COVID-19 Vaccination status in accordance with healthcare requirements
- Previous experience in a senior nursing, leadership or coordination role
- Strong knowledge of Chronic Disease Management and primary healthcare
- Experience leading teams within a busy clinical environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance and quality standards
Experience within General Practice or Primary Healthcare will be highly regarded.
