We are a professional health team of 3 other nurses and 9 doctors in a well established and respected medical centre in Noosa Junction, caring for our patients since 1989.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Noosa Fair Medical Centre with the ability to work independently in the treatment room doing immunisations, dressings, ECGs, assisting with procedures, management of recall and reminder systems and more.
A knowledge of Chronic Disease Management would be an advantage as the primary role is performing Care Plans and Health Assessments on a regular basis.
Ideally at least 3 days a week with flexibility to work additional days for leave cover as needed.
No after hours or weekend work.
