An interactive two-hour session designed to give healthcare professionals the confidence, practical tools and proven strategies to deliver excellent, safe patient care.

The patient experience is a vital part of high-quality care and is influenced by every interaction, the effectiveness of systems and processes, and the environment in which care is delivered. This engaging session will explore practical ways to strengthen each of these elements to create more positive outcomes for patients and carers.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Build trust and enhance the experience for patients and their carers
  • Create environments that support better care delivery and patient outcomes
  • Strengthen the quality and safety of care
  • Effectively embed the National Standards into everyday practice
  • Reduce complaints and deliver a more consistent patient experience

By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with practical, actionable strategies and greater confidence to deliver outstanding patient-centred care.
