Healthy Ageing Forum – Navigating the Aged Care System

Are you, or someone you care for, navigating Australia’s aged care system and feeling overwhelmed?

Join us for an informative and supportive forum designed to help you better understand recent funding changes and what they mean in everyday life.

Hear firsthand lived experiences from community members who have navigated the system, along with practical insights and strategies that made a difference. We’ll explore updates to aged care funding — including changes to Support at Home — and explain how assessments, allocations and entitlements work.

Packed with clear guidance and practical tips, this session will help you feel more confident, informed and prepared to make the right decisions for your care journey.
