Better Connect is a coordinated network of free mental health, alcohol and other drug, suicide prevention, and psychosocial support services across Central Queensland, Wide Bay and the Sunshine Coast. Referral is through the Medicare Mental Health Phone Service or in-person at Better Connect hubs. Better Connect providers work together to deliver integrated, holistic care, this means individuals can receive support from multiple providers as part of one connected journey.
