The CQ Multicultural Resilient Care Project aims to identify and implement local solutions that enhance access to both healthcare and disaster support for multicultural communities in the Rockhampton region. Through data mapping, community engagement, and the co-design of solutions, the project fosters stronger collaboration between multicultural communities, emergency services, and primary healthcare providers.
By generating insights and building awareness across these groups, the project contributes to the development of localised systems that better identify and support at-risk multicultural residents, ensuring inclusive healthcare delivery and improved disaster resilience.
