The Foundations for Life program aim to improve the health and wellbeing outcomes for pregnant women aged under 25 years and their infants who are at greater risk of poor health outcomes, particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and adolescent women in the Bundaberg and Discovery Coast area.
