Mobile Health Service
Free mobile GP and nurse care for people experiencing homelessness.
Designed to support people experiencing homelessness in Rockhampton, this free, walk-up service provides outreach visits, care and local service connection.
services available:
Primary and preventative healthcare from a nurse and GP, including:
- General health checks and assessments
- Wound care, skin checks and dressings
- Basic medications and medication support
- Mental health support and brief interventions
- Referrals and, where possible, care coordination with local services
Please note: Controlled medications, including Schedule 8 medicines, were not provided on site. If needed, clinical team could support prescriptions by connecting people with available services.

- Share the service flyer with frontline staff and volunteers
