Partner communications information

This page is here to make communicating easy. If you’re delivering a CCQ-funded service or actvity, you’ll find the funding acknowledgement wording to use, where to put our logo, what needs approval and how we can help with media, news and events. If you’re unsure, contact your CCQ contract or grants manager.

Third parties funded by Country to Coast Queensland (CCQ) through the PHN program are required to include both a funding acknowledgment statement and the CCQ+PHN logo lockup, where possible, in all communications materials and media engagements.

Please use the below approved funding acknowledgement alongside the logo lockup:

This [activity/service] is funded by Country to Coast Queensland through the PHN program.

  • Use mono/white on complex backgrounds. Don’t recolour, stretch or stack with other logos.
  • Example materials that you should seek approval for includes but is not limited to posters, brochures, factsheets, web pages, videos, media releases, invites
  • Turnaround: standard 3 business days
  • Submit new comms materials via your contract or grants manager
  • Launches: CCQ leads initial funding announcement, coordinates spokespeople, MPs and partners.
  • Ongoing stories and community awareness: Providers and project leads are encouraged to prioritise community engagement and promotion, including sharing outcomes/case studies (with consent). CCQ may also republish across sector channels.
  • We’d love to promote your services and initiatives. Get in touch if you have a good news story or somehting you would like us to share through our communications channels.
