Fast-track after-hours GP support

for aged care homes

On-duty nurses in residential aged care homes can access a fast-track after-hours GP service delivered with Healthdirect. A dedicated, confidential line connects you to a Healthdirect triage nurse who can arrange a GP call-back by phone or video when it’s needed. The goal is simple: timely advice, safer decisions and fewer avoidable transfers.

The service number is for RACH use only. Authorised staff can request access via the Healthy Ageing team healthyageing@c2coast.org.au or by contacting your Healthy Ageing Coordinator.
