(8.30 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday)

Community members and referrers can call 1800 595 212 for free advice and warm referral to local services that best suit individual needs. Medicare Mental Health is not a crisis service — for urgent help call Lifeline 13 11 14.

Local centres (CCQ region)

Country to Coast Queensland funds Medicare Mental Health Centres in our region to provide free, walk-in or booked assessment and short-term care. No referral needed. Check locations and hours on our centres page.
