Weekly Country to Coast Queensland (CCQ) reporting from primary health and aged care providers to the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is now complete, we thank you for your feedback over the last two months.

If any future service impacts associated with current fuel and related cost pressures arise, please use this form, we will be continue to monitor this feedback channel, and use this information to support regional situational awareness and escalation where required.

Reporting cadence

To support ongoing monitoring, Country to Coast Queensland will be seeking:

  • a brief mid-week Check-in #2 this week – please complete by midday Thursday 2 April AEST
  • Check-in #3 timing is to be confirmed, pending further advice from the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing
  • following Easter, check-ins will likely be due every Monday for the next few weeks, until otherwise advised
