New HealthPathways site now live for local clinicians

Health professionals across Central Queensland, Wide Bay and the Sunshine Coast can now access local HealthPathways from one new digital platform.

The new Country to Coast HealthPathways site is live at ccq.communityhealthpathways.org, bringing together more than 780 localised pathways and referral guidance in one place.

The change means health professionals now need to use an individual login to access HealthPathways. Generic regional logins have now stopped working.

Clinicians and practice teams are encouraged to:

  • bookmark the new website address
  • create their individual login
  • keep the tear-off card being shared out by our Practice Support Teams as a handy reminder

HealthPathways continues to support clinical decision-making across the region, with more than 77,000 user sessions recorded over the past 12 months.

The new platform also includes improved navigation, AI-assisted search, CPD tracking and a more personalised experience.
