RACF Networking Forums in CQ, WB and SC

The Older Persons Health team host regular Residential Aged Care Networking Forums in each of the PHN regions. These forums are currently held in Central Queensland, Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast regions.

The forums bring together representatives from the region to discuss current and emerging topics and challenges in residential aged care; PHN initiatives and support available for residential aged care; and to allow for networking and sharing learnings.

All residential aged care facilities in each region are invited to attend and participate in these forums. To participate and attend your local forum, contact the Older Persons Health team at olderpersonshealth@ourphn.org.au.

CQ GP RACF Networking Forum

This forum has been established to bring together General Practitioners from Central Queensland to discuss and improve the delivery, integration and effectiveness of aged care service provision in the area.
