In 2024, it is estimated that more than 421,000 Australians live with dementia while another 1.6 million people are involved in their care. 

Managing a diagnosis and the daily complexities of dementia can be challenging. In partnership with the Australian Government, Department of Health and Aged Care and Dementia Australia, Country to Coast, QLD has developed resources to support people living with dementia, their families and carers.
