Practice Nurse ‘New to Immunisation’ Education Session

Target Participants:
• for Nurses from General Practice who are new to immunisation and are required to
provide immunisation services within their workplace
Content:
• Immunisation basics, Immunisation Schedule, Vaccine Cold Chain Management and
Data Management

TUESDAY 21st February 2023
From 12.30pm to 3.30pm

This education is presented via Microsoft Teams
• This session is FREE to attend. However, YOU MUST REGISTER in
advance to link in via Microsoft Teams.
• The participant will need to collect from the PHU a resource folder in
advance of this session. You will be advised when to collect – usually from
Thursday before.

You will receive an initial email to confirm the registration, and another email mid-week the week
prior to the session with details about folder collection and the upcoming Teams education event.

NOTE: New Practice Nurse Flyer Feb 2023 must CLOSE Tuesday 5PM in the week prior
the session [16th February].
