SUPERVISOR WORKSHOP – Strategies to help a registrar who is experiencing difficulty during their GP training

Learning Outcomes:

1. Discuss some of the potential causes of difficulty for GP registrars during the GP training program
2. Identify signs of difficulty in GP registrars.
3. Determine appropriate support strategies to address issues experienced by GP registrars who may have difficulty during their training.
4. Integrate in-practice supervisor support with JCU Training and Monitoring Committee (TAM) structures to achieve personalised learning plans.

3 JCU PD hours will be awarded as well as CPD/PDP points
