Clinical Societies Round 4

Clinical Society events kicked off around the region on 14 May. It’s not too late to register your attendance.  Come along and listen to rich discussions on palliative care and voluntary assisted dying at one of the nine events hosted across the Central Queensland, Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast regions. The CCQ team looks forward to welcoming back previous attendees and greeting newcomers at these important regional networking events.

Prof Liz Reymond  MBBS(Hons), PhD, FRACGP, FAChPM is confirmed as a Guest Speaker at most events in the upcoming round of Clinical Societies.

Prof Reymond has been a palliative care physician for 20 years, establishing Queensland’s largest multidisciplinary specialist palliative care service in Metro South Health and the research and service development arm of the clinical service, Brisbane South Palliative Care Collaborative. She is running a national palliative care grant: caring@home, and is currently Director of Queensland Voluntary Assisted Dying Support and Pharmacy Service.

Let us come together to learn, to share, and to grow via networking with your peers and colleagues, to explore practical strategies to improve palliative care and support for voluntary assisted dying.

Participate in your local clinical society, and the societies in your neighbouring regions too. These meetings are RACGP & ACRRM CPD pointed!
