Smart Search Launches 6 December 2024

Smart Search is an AI-driven alternative to the standard HealthPathways search function, available to users with individual HealthPathways accounts. It’s designed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of information retrieval.

Smart Search utilises advanced AI to refine queries and present the most relevant results, including specific content within pathways, reducing the need for extensive navigation.

Key features of Smart Search:
  • Accurate and relevant results: Handles misspellings, synonyms, related terms, incomplete terms, and common acronyms and abbreviations to provide precise information.
  • Contextual navigation: Provides direct access to the relevant sections of pathways, including content sections and content within drop-boxes.
  • Contemporary user experience: Smart Search queries and results are presented clearly using a new user interface design optimised for different screen sizes.
  • Cross-region access: Offers a consistent experience across all HealthPathways sites you’re approved to access.
