Registered Nurse – Part-Time Opportunity in a Supportive Privately Owned Family Practice
3 Days Per Week | Flexible Hours | Friendly, Caring Environment
We are a supportive and friendly team seeking a compassionate, cheerful, and competent Registered Nurse to join our well-established, privately owned, family general practice. With a team of 9 Doctors and 2 Registered Nurses, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a welcoming and warm environment. This part-time position is for three days per week, with flexibility offered and the opportunity for extra shifts during staff leave.
Key Responsibilities: • Wound care and dressings • Immunisations and vaccine management • ECGs, spirometry, ear syringing • Assisting with minor surgical procedures • Patient education and support • Occasional independent shifts • Chronic Disease Management + support from our CDM Nurse What We’re Looking For: • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse • Approved qualifications in the administration of medicines • Previous experience in general practice is preferred • Familiarity with Best Practice software is advantageous • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Confidence working independently when required • True team contributor
