Share your experiences and ideas on how to improve health and wellbeing where you live and help shape a new approach for better health outcomes in your community.
The survey is open to all residents and visitors in the Central Queensland, Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast regions, aged 18 years and over, and all responses are anonymous and confidential.
A new approach for better health
With nearly 1 million residents, our region is rapidly growing, but everyone’s health needs are different and many different factors influence good health and wellbeing.
Your social connections, access to green spaces, good transport connections, even whether you feel your community can deal with natural disasters – all these things affect your quality of life and ‘quality of health’.
Combined with other national and state health data, your feedback will help us build a comprehensive picture of all the barriers and stepping-stones to good health in your community.

All survey responses will be stored securely. Access to the data will be restricted to Country to Coast, QLD.
