Digital Coordinator, Strategic Marketing and Communications

Country to Coast Queensland (CCQ) is on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Digital Coordinator to join our Strategic Marketing and Communications team.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Manager to coordinate digital activity across CCQ’s platforms, supported by a tight-knit, values-led team that embraces creativity, celebrates shared wins, and takes pride in work that matters.
Key responsibilities
The Digital Coordinator remit:
- Content production: Contribute to the planning, creative development, execution and coordination of digital content and assets.
- Social media management, including scheduling, publishing and monitoring across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc), tracking performance and community engagement.
- Email marketing, digital advertising, SEO and assisting with Website building and maintenance.
- Monitoring and reporting: Use digital tools and platforms to establish, track and report on digital performance metrics, including campaign reach, engagement, conversion rates, and website traffic.
- Staying informed about emerging tools, AI applications and marketing technologies to support digital optimisation.
- Collaborating and working closely with the broader Strategic Marketing and Communications team to ensure integration and alignment of digital content across platforms.
Key Selection Criteria
The ideal super star candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field (desirable).
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or communications coordination role.
- Working knowledge of digital platforms including social media, websites (WordPress CMS), email marketing and digital advertising.
- Content production skills across digital formats including video, graphics, animations and written content.
- Highly developed organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate and work as a team player, contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture.

Salary benefits: An attractive remuneration package, including salary sacrifice packaging up to $15,900 per year for living expenses, and up to $2,650 to pay for entertainment expenses such as meals and holidays.
