We have an exciting vacancy for a dedicated medical receptionist for our busy practice with an immediate start. Minimum 30 hours per week, no nights or weekends required. About the role We are seeking team members looking to become dedicated Medical Receptionists. This is a casual position with view to permanent for the right candidate. If you love customer service, are a problem solver and a multi-tasking ninja, then this job is for you! Job Tasks will include: General reception duties for the practice Managing patient appointments, face to face and over the phone bookings and queries Processing payments through Medicare & eftpos Updating Patient demographics Other administrative duties as required.
