Country to Coast, QLD’s My Healthy Community survey is open until 14 July to all Central Queensland, Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast residents aged 18 and over.
Help us get the word out to your patients, staff and clients, so we can all understand what really keeps our community healthy and well. All responses are anonymous and confidential.
Country to Coast QLD conducts this important community health survey every three years and, together with other national and state health data, community feedback gives a comprehensive picture of all the barriers and stepping-stones to good health in our region.
By promoting the survey through your organisation and networks, you’re giving our community the strongest chance possible to share their experiences and ideas for building healthier communities.
Here’s how you can help:
- Download our digital resource kit complete with posters for waiting rooms and digital resources to share with your community and networks
- Promote the survey in your newsletters and stakeholder communications
- Encourage your own staff to complete the survey, so they can have their say too.
