ACP & Aged Care Lunchbox sessions

The 2023 National Advance Care Planning Week (ACP) Virtual Forum supports upskilling of health care professionals by sharing ACP updates and initiatives from across Queensland. Take this opportunity to hear first-hand from quality speakers who are experts in their field to assist you in improving your advance care planning knowledge and practice.

We encourage you to use the Virtual Forum as a team education opportunity and conversation starter. Gather your colleagues for an informal lunch, listen to the presentations and discuss how you can apply your learnings to your workplace.

The Virtual Forum is proudly presented by the Statewide Office of ACP, Queensland Health. The information presented by the speakers is relevant for health professionals and consumers located in Queensland.
