On the 27^th and 29^th of July, tune in to learn about optimising health ageing versus managing chronic disease burden, population health and healthy ageing, motivational interviewing, goal setting, strategies and tools supporting CDM and HA and much more.

The workshop will run from 9:30am to 12:30pm AEST on both days, equivalent to 6 CPD hours.
