To mark Disability Action Week 2022, CheckUP are hosting a Queensland Primary Health Care Network (QPHCN) event on Wednesday 30 November. At the event we will hear from leaders and advocates from the disability sector. They will discuss current services and programs, accessibility, inclusion, and the power of working in partnership. We’d like to offer you the opportunity to attend this FREE event!
