The Queensland Maternal and Perinatal Quality Council invites you to attend the Queensland Mothers and Babies Perinatal Mortality Education Session.

Highlighting best practice – translating the 2021 QMPQC Report findings into practice. 

This is the second in a series of three education sessions.

The session will address the Perinatal Mortality recommendations and good practice points from the 2021 Report:

Topics include:

  • Perinatal mortality contributing factors project
  • Perinatal mortality audit/investigations
  • National Stillbirth Action Plan
  • Fetal growth assessment
  • QLD IMPROVE update
  • QLD Safer Baby Bundle update
  • Australian Pre-term Birth Prevention Alliance

Who should attend: all clinicians involved in the care of women and their newborn babies throughout the childbirth continuum; public and private health maternity services executives and clinical leaders in obstetrics, obstetric, nursing and midwifery staff; shared care general practitioners; social workers; perinatal mental health practitioners; perinatal pathologists and researchers.
