RACGP Essential Video Call Training for GPs

GPs will receive 2 RACGP CPD points for attending this session.

This training session will show you how to sign in and see patients when they arrive in your Video Call waiting area.

The session will demonstrate how to use the tools and settings within a call.

There will be an opportunity for questions and answers.

The learning outcomes for this module are:

1. Explain the process for signing into Video Call and navigating the Waiting Area Dashboard.
2. Understand how to join a call and consult with a patient using Video Call.
3. Recognise the various functionality aspects of the Video Call screen.
4. Integrate the use of Video Call for telehealth in your practice workflow.
