Who should register?
 Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and Pharmacists working in primary
health, hospitals, aged care and other settings
 Sessions will be relevant for clinicians who are caring for people
with advanced chronic disease and/or people who are
approaching end of life
 Medical and Pharmacy students as well as Nurse Practitioner
Candidates are welcome to register.
** If you are not a medical practitioner/nurse practitioner/pharmacist
but interested in attending, you are welcome to register but
please be aware that content will be relevant to decision makers,
prescribers, and dispensers.
