Event description: C the Whole Story Forum 2023 is a free online event connecting health professionals, sector leaders, and people with lived experience to learn about innovative approaches to hepatitis C care across housing and homelessness, mental health, and alcohol and other drugs (AOD) services settings. Hear from a dynamic range of speakers advocating and working across these priority settings, including: Carrie Fowlie (Hepatitis Australia), Dr Annie Madden (Harm Reduction Australia), Sonia Martin (OneBridge), Alvin Edney and Dr Daniel Hunt (Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service), Jane Dicka (Harm Reduction Victoria), Sally Watkinson (Royal Melbourne Hospital). Chaired by Jacqui Richmond (Burnet Institute). This forum is hosted by ASHM, a peak body representing healthcare workers in HIV, viral hepatitis, and sexual and reproductive health. ASHM would like to acknowledge people with lived or living experience, and representatives from national, state, territory, and local health services who have guided the development and planning of the Forum. Collaborating Partners include AIVL, Harm Reduction Australia, Harm Reduction VIC, Hepatitis Australia, Hepatitis QLD, Hepatitis WA, Kirketon Road Centre, LiverWELL, NACCHO, and NTAHC. The forum is supported by an unconditional education grant from Gilead Sciences.
