The Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet’s Alcohol and Other Drugs Knowledge Centre, in partnership with the National Centre for Education and Training on Addiction (NCETA), invite you to attend a free webinar on Wednesday 16 March 2022 9am – 10am (WST) where key findings from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander alcohol and other drugs (AOD) workers who participated in a national AOD workforce survey will be presented, along with discussion on next steps for the sector. We would like your input into the Q&A session.

  • The session will be facilitated by Professor Neil Drew, Director of the Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet.
  • Key findings from the report will be presented by Dr Alice McEntee, report co-author and Research Fellow at NCETA.
  • Dr Jocelyn Jones (a Noongar woman with Wadjuk, Ballardong and Palyku connections to the land in Western Australia (WA) and a Senior Research Fellow and Program Leader at the National Drug Research Institute), will provide further insight on what these findings mean to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander workers in the AOD sector.
