CCQ wants to hear from our local Aged Care Homes to better understand the use of digital health locally.
The PHN currently provide a range of digital health support to local primary health care providers and we would like to hear how our aged care homes use digital health in their everyday operations and provide the opportunity for homes to inform us how we can provide better support, specific to your individual needs.
To achieve this CCQ will soon be launching a digital health maturity survey, working with Semantic Consulting.
The survey will open at the end of April for approximately a 4-week period.
Local RACHs will receive a direct email with a link to the survey, and CCQ healthy ageing team are available to answer any questions you may have: olderpersonshealth@ourphn.org.au.
