The incidence of acute kidney injury (AKI) is rising in Australia. It is a common syndrome and the effects of AKI extend beyond the acute phase. Join Kidney Health Australia with Nephrologist, Professor Karen Dwyer, for a case study that highlights the relationship between AKI and chronic kidney disease. How to correctly diagnose AKI as well as create an ongoing clinical management plan for an individual after an AKI episode.
