Join Kidney Health Australia with nephrologist Dr Richard Phoon for a case study that highlights the disproportionate representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with chronic kidney disease and kidney failure. The case study discusses the assessment criteria and diagnosis pathways followed by the appropriate management and referral recommendations for First Nations peoples.
