PHN Virtual Roadshow

The National Heart Foundation of Australia invite expressions of interest from PHNS to partner with to bring an innovative, locally tailored clinical education as part of the Heart Foundation’s Virtual Primary Care Roadshow. 

Nationally designed and locally implemented, this will be the largest CVD prevention roadshow for Australian primary care.
