Help is available to reduce anxiety and stress.

The Understanding Anxiety Program is a two day group program that provides an opportunity for veterans to learn about the impact of military training and experiences on anxiety.

Topics include:

  • The impact of your thoughts and actions on anxiety
  • Strategies and skills for managing your anxiety now and beyond the program.

Who can attend: Current and ex-serving ADF members, partners, adult children.
