Event Details

The purpose of the following is to establish interest in and obtain a minimum of 25 placements to fund registration and attendance of the Virtual Conference – Connecting the Disconnected.

Connecting the Disconnected’ acknowledges that doctors work with patients and communities who use substances that can cause complex issues, disconnection and marginalisation, and that they need to respond to people’s unique situations and issues.

International speakers include Prof Owen Bowden-Jones, Prof Sam Chamberlain, Prof Elizabeth Elliott AM, Prof Shelly Greenfield, Prof Dan Lubman AM.

If interested in attending this free online virtual conference please supply details of your full name, position title, organisation name, organisation address, contact number and the reason why you are interested in attending this conference.

This conference has been approved for 22 RACGP CPD activity points for the 2020-22 triennium.

This event can be claimed under MyCPD Category 1: Educational Activities at 1 CPD credit per hour (maximum 60 credits per year).

Disclaimer: There is a capped number of 25 placements for funding to be covered for the online conference. Should these placements not be filled PHN will not be able to cover the cost to attend the virtual conference.
