Our thriving community seeks a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, managing our community services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses. About Us: LevelUp Independent Living is a registered NDIS Disability Support organisation offering innovative living and lifestyle solutions to people with disabilities in the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Gympie, Moreton Bay and North Brisbane regions. About this Opportunity: As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the clinical well-being of our residents while also providing leadership and support to our dedicated team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will: Assist in the day-to-day operations, managing SIL residents and staff, team supervision, and maintaining NDIS practice standards. Providing high-quality clinical management to our SIL residents, including care plan development and implementing clinical interventions. Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and oversee care delivery to SIL residents. Providing education and support to team members and their families on clinical and lifestyle-related issues. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development to team members. Essential Requirements Tertiary qualification in Nursing and current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) registration. Previous experience in community service and clinical interventions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing person-centred care and promoting independence and autonomy. Knowledge of relevant NDIS legislation, regulations, and best practices in healthcare.
