As a clinician living in the Central Queensland, Wide Bay or Sunshine Coast regions, do you have a desire to improve the health and well-being of your local community?

Country to Coast, Queensland (CCQ) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that delivers the Primary Health Network (PHN) programs on behalf of the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care. We design and commission leading primary health services and coordinated care, in response to an assessment of community health needs.

We are seeking representatives for our Workforce and Education Advisory Group from the following professions:

  • Primary care nurses
  • Allied health clinicians (Chronic Disease)
  • Aboriginal health workers
  • Aged care clinicians
  • Mental health clinicians
  • Universities training health professionals

By participating, you will have the opportunity to help us shape the future of primary care across the region and support decision-making and policy on the provision of education for primary healthcare professionals and workforce solutions.

Advisory group members are remunerated for their participation in meetings. Please see the Terms of Reference for more information.
