CCQ (the PHN) is seeking new members to join an existing GP-led, multidisciplinary Clinical Council in the following areas:
- Central Queensland
- Wide Bay
- Sunshine Coast
The PHN is seeking new members, who can act in a strategic advisory capacity, to the CEO and Board of the PHN. The aim is to improve the operations of the health system, for patients residing within the PHN region, by facilitating the provision of effective primary health care; with the intention of reducing avoidable hospital presentations and admissions and improving overall health outcomes. Clinical Councils will be expected to work in partnership with Hospital and Health Services in their local communities.
The proposed term of the membership arising from this Expression of Interest is for two years; commencing April 2018. Applications will close at 17:00 (5:00 PM) QLD TIME on Sunday 11 March 2018.
The PHN uses an e-tendering portal called Tenderlink. EOIs are submitted and evaluated within this portal.
